**December 25, 2025:** I cancel ALL my subscriptions through the Cloudflare dashboard. Everything. Done.
Or so I thought.
**December 27, 2025:** I get charged $10 for 'Advanced Certificate Manager' - a service I JUST cancelled 2 days ago. I open a support ticket demanding:
- Full refund
- Explanation of why a cancelled service was charged
- All payment methods permanently deleted
**December 31, 2025:** Support responds saying it's a 'system-side issue' and they've 'escalated to engineering.' They also mention response times might be slow due to holidays. Fair enough, I guess.
**January 27, 2026:** I GET CHARGED AGAIN. Same subscription.
At this point, I've been waiting a MONTH.
**January 29, 2026:** Support claims 'Our engineers have cancelled all active subscriptions on the account.'

I would give it negative 100 stars if I could. It's like this "company" was created just to make the people subjected to it miserable.
I am not a customer. And they make it literally and metaphorically impossible to contact them in any way. Based on the community posts that I have seen, hundreds of people are having the same exact issue and not a single one has been given an actual solution. They also close their community posts after three days, so no one can even have the opportunity to corroborate.
It's distasteful at best and illegal at worst. I'll update IF I ever get a response from cloudflare, but I am absolutely not holding my breath.
I have FULLY exhausted the different ways that I could possibly be in contact with your company. I AM NOT A CUSTOMER of your janky *** "product." Yet I am blocked from seeing my retirement account, seeing my HSA account, using Indeed or Glassdoor, which I HAVE to use for my job.
I have looked at ALL community posts about this, which you CLOSE for new comments after three days (are you *** kidding me? Why even HAVE a community page then?). I went to the Cloudflare Reddit and made a huge post. The moderators A) said that some of the moderators actually WORK at Cloudflare, which I think is hilarious because no one does apparently, B) did not read my post at all and gave me the same exact "solutions" that have NEVER worked, C) told me that I "was being combative and wasn't listening to commentors and didn't seem open to the solutions they were giving," which is mainly because every single person who offered a "solution" and didn't just make a joke gave me the same exact solutions that I had already tried, which is EXACTLY what my post stated, but I know people on Reddit are also illiterate, so that's fun.
I have cleared my caches, I have disabled all extensions, I have tried different browsers, I have tried different laptops altogether, I have used incognito mode, I don't use a VPN, I have done EVERYTHING that has been suggested to me. I cannot submit a support ticket because, again, as stated, I DO NOT have an account with you and never wanted one. I also couldn't even log into an account with you if I WANTED to (again, which I don't, because your product is a *** scam) because your OWN website does the same thing that the previously mentioned websites do. And I have never been able to access your actual website because you block it...
I JUST want to access my retirement and HSA accounts. I do not understand how it is legal for you to block people from these websites and then have NO customer support WHATSOEVER. I tried complaining to the Better Business Bureau, but you are, OF COURSE not accredited, so you don't care either way. Since I cannot get ahold of anyone in your supposed company that is willing to help in ANY way, I'm going to be forced to seek legal action.
I work with a group of lawyers and I am going to ask them what they think I should do, because this has been MONTHS and I am still blocked from all of these websites, including your own. It does not give me an error - it just stays on the "verifying you're a human" screen and re-loads over and over and over and over again. Also, if I am told that "the issue is with the website administrator and not cloudflare," I'm going to SCREAM. It's not an issue with the individual websites when it is happening across the board.
The issue, as it has always been, is with YOU, the common denominator between all of these different sites. I got this email from PissedConsumer.com because even though I am NOT a consumer of your illegitimate website, I am absolutely PISSED. I guarantee that I probably won't hear anything back from this, because that would just be par for the course with you people.
But please, I BEG you, PLEASE respond to me. I'm losing my *** mind because of this.

Problems with purchase
I tried to purchase tickets to a show on Ticketmaster, and I used my card, and it said I was blocked from making the purchase, and it's been doing the same thing for several months now. I've called my bank.
I've called Visa. I've called Ticketmaster. I've called you. I've called Cardinal Commerce, the other name on the blocked website page that I get, and everyone says that it's impossible for them to touch the purchase and for them to stop it, but someone is blocking this, and I want to know who and I want to know why I can't even make a purchase to take my daughter to a comedy show on her birthday next week because I'm blocked, and I don't understand why I'm blocked.
I have season tickets to the Indianapolis Colts and my Indiana Pacers through the same account, so I don't understand how I'm blocked. Like, what am I doing wrong?
But I don't understand this at all. This is unacceptable.

It is impossible to contact this company or to get a call back.
A couple of sites with Cloudflare are needlessly blocking me for no good reason. They are also blocking others in the same region.
Can't reach anyone on the sites to ask them to unblock me. Can't reach Cloudflare to help either.
I think sites using Cloudflare could be inadvertently reducing customers by blocking them when they should not be blocked.
Preferred solution: A way to unblock my attempts to access sites I've been mistakenly blocked from by Cloudflare. I cannot contact those sites because those sites have never responded to contact forms or emails in the first place.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Today, (5-16-25), I received a refund from Cloudflare. They did not explain what changed their mind or why it took so long. I am now downgraded to their free service and will transfer my domains to Ionos.
I'm unable to get a response from Cloudflare. I feel abused by their staff.
I have used their service for many years, and the quality of customer service has tanked. I had several surgeries and requested a refund because I was in the hospital when they charged me for the annual fee. I also tried to stop two add-on services, but they continued to charge me. I opened four tickets and wrote about 30 emails.
They would occasionally reply but would never give a real answer. I closed my business. They seem to rely on AI. It's a big joke and a waste of time.
I want them to keep their promise and give me a partial refund. There was an issue with one of my domain names, and I was told by their team that a hacker was trying to steal my domain name, and once they fixed the issue, they would handle the refund. This was in February.
They need to keep their promise. I need funds for meds.
